Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed through Leafe at [https://leafex.co.uk] (the “Website”), operated by (“Leafe”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Leafe.
1.2 All customers are required to complete age and identity verification before their first order is dispatched. We reserve the right to request further verification at any time.
1.3 We only supply customers located in [permitted countries/regions]. It is your responsibility to ensure that receiving our products is lawful where you are.

2. Orders and acceptance
2.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order by email or in your account.
2.2 We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where verification fails, a product is unavailable, or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

3.4 We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If an item has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4.2 Cannabinoid and terpene content is based on laboratory results and may vary between batches. Please refer to the product label for exact figures.

5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
5.2 A recipient aged 21 or over must be present to accept delivery, and identification may be requested on handover. Parcels will not be left unattended or handed to anyone under 21.
5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5.4 If a delivery fails because no eligible recipient was available, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Responsible use
