Delivery

All orders are carefully packed in discreet, unbranded packaging and dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation.

Standard delivery
Delivery time: 2–4 working days
Cost: Free on orders over £40

Express delivery
Delivery time: next working day if ordered before 1 pm

Orders placed after 1 pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Receiving your order

• A recipient aged 21 or over must be present to accept the delivery.
• Our courier may ask to see valid photo ID on handover.
• Parcels will not be left unattended, with neighbours, or handed to anyone under 21.
• If no eligible recipient is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Payment

You can pay securely by debit or credit card. All payments are processed by our trusted payment provider using encrypted connections. Leafe never sees or stores your full card details.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
